@Matt371 Hi did you get this resolved I have been trying for years to solve this problem with Sky and each time I call the operator doesn't have a clue how to solve the problem so I can order more devices. I currently have 1 active device but can't order anymore it's so frustrating 😡

Never got this sorted, so the old phone just clogs up my account.
