How can I connect to internet on iPhone 8 when away from home when no wifi available?

Since changing to Skymobile, and although I have plenty of data my iphone 8 doesn't connect to internet when I'm away from home wifi

Have you made sure that mobile data is turned on ?

Hi @Joan-R  have you checked you have the correct APN settings in mobile data settings ?

APN settings are :  MOBILE DATA   mobile.sky   MMS  ms.mobile.sky  PERSONAL HOTSPOT mobile.sky

 

I thought I might try disabling wifi call which was suggested in an old post?

Hi @Joan-R  those are the same as my settings (apart from an m from mms but assuming that's a typo). If this is happening in all locations then it would suggest it's not a local mast issue. Give sky a call on 150 to see if they can come up with any suggestions.
