High charge

Hello can anyone help me? I change my phone from a35 to a56 after just over one year, sent old phone back. Have a high charge and there no free phone number to contact

Just dial 150 free from your Sky mobile. 

If the previous phone was returned as part of a swap deal they take a while to be processed and in the meantime you pay for both.

Hi @Dee3434  if you are on swap 24 then the free swap would happen at 24 months, if you have swapped at just over 12 months then the remaining balance is added to your next bill as the trade in value would be far lower than what is still owed on the contract.
