But when we got to the Bahamas we took some photo's & we had our flight mode on as we had room on the cruise ship. Then when we went to check our Roaming charges I've been charged £168. Don't understand what's happening. Please could you help.

Re: Hi,

We're just Sky customers here so I beleive you'd need to contact Sky direct via 150.
Did the photos upload to any cloud storage (iCloud, OneDrive, google drive etc)? This may be the cause of the charges.

Your phone must have connected to a chargeable cellular service (you can only be charged if you connect - otherwise you're 'invisible').

As that location is not covered by the roaming passport you are charged 'rest of world' rates - which is £4.32 per MEG of data.  (around 39MB for £168)

You can call Sky (on 150) to query but I doubt there's much they can do if you've incurred the charges.

Did you have a spendcap set?

If the charge has exceeded the cap then you may have an argument - but charges in RoW locations racks up really quickly...  (perhaps blowing the cap before being stopped)
