What do you mean it is still using your other sim, do you mean the data balance shown against it is wrong or the phone number is ?

Are you seeing this via your phone itself, the MySky app or your online account ?

If you purchased a new data plan without cancelling the previous one then you will have two active SIMs.  The newly activated SIM will have a new number.

I suspect the 'old' number you are seeing is manually configured on your phone.

Did you intend to have 2 active SIM's?  (As you cannot port your number within the Sky network from one SIM to another)

As I said, if you ordered and activated a new data plan and did not give notice to cancel the previous one then you will have 2 active SIM's and numbers.

Do you want to keep your phone number?

Then you shouldn't have ordered a new data plan/SIM...

You'll need to call Sky and cancel the newly activated SIM and ask them to apply the data plan you want to your previous SIM.

You must use your 'old' SIM in the phone - it's the only way you can keep your number.

Hi @45ricj you will need to call sky on 150 to cancel it.
