Unable to upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade my mobile for the last few hours, I get to the confirmation page and it states 'It's not you it's us', something about technical issues. I needed the phone for tomorrow 🤦‍♂️.

Now I can't even see my mobile account at all on the sky app, TV and Broadband are still showing.

Even if you were to place the order now I would have though it would be unlikely to be with you tomorrow no matter what the website says as there are other factors to take into place like stock availability and how quick you sign the credit agreement.

 

To get the upgrade order in you will have call Sky and the number to do this on is just 150.
