Hi I have placed an order and did not get Order placed verification email even I have paid for phone
Hi,
I placed an iPhone 16 pro max and I paid £105 as upfront.It has been taken from my account but I have not received any Order Placed Confirmation email. And I want to change my phone number as well because I don't have access to my old phone number.

If you already have a Sky sim and have been paying for it for 12 months or more then you can call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it and to order you a new one that will have a different number on it.
