Invoices after account closed

Im getting invoices again for £29.50 p.month for an account I closed several months ago. I am trying to log in to confirm I dont owe anything but the APP is saying you are not recognised ...that's because I am no longer with SKY 

 

Help I am going mad with this time consuming system and now on month 3!!!

You say you closed your account several months ago so where you just a sim only customer or did you also have a device that you had finished paying off ?

You are going to have to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
