Dear team,
I signed up for Sky Mobile, went to put the sim in over the weekend and you've sent the wrong SIM for my phone, I need a nano SIM, are you able to send me this please?

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky support on here but what we can say is that you should be able to pop out the sim to the size you want from the one you have been sent.
