I have 2 bills coming out my bank each month and can only see one device on my account what is happening

Hi @Manfieldkim  how many phones do you have ? What does your bill say the charges are for ? How many sims do you have ?

If you have 2 phones from Sky that you are paying for and they are on seperate accounts then you will be billed for them seperately.
