my wife and i recently added our mobile phones to the Sky package and opted to keep our old numbers

our contacts have got the new temp numbers you gave us and we were told we had successfully kept our old numbers

You're not speaking to Sky via the forum, we are all customers here.

 

have you receibed a text to say the port has completed?  Did you give Sky a PAC code to transfer the numbers?

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you since tried changing the numbers on your phones:

 

If this is an iphone go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone.


If it is an Android phone go to About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't.
