Hi @Traceyhall if you have ran out of data either top up from your piggybank, change your plan (this can be changed up or down once per month) or purchase a one off top up via your account.

@Traceyhall You are not making it easy to advise you, Sky only offer either a change of plan or a one off data purchase, so which did you do?

If your mobile has been restricted due to
a bill not being paid then as well as paying it in full you will also need to setup your payment method again as once you have done this and the payment has been cleared by the banks eill your service be restored.
