My late husband's mobile was used for code access numbers. As it is now not used, I need my .mobile number to replace his so that if a code is needed for a purchase, say, then the code will come to my phone and not my husband's unused mobile. Records need changing to show my mobile number as contact number.
Was your husband or is it yourself the account holder on your Sky account ?
