Help with my sky mobile Iphone
Hello,
I'm not sure what's going on with my sky account, but my mobile phone doesn't seem to be linked to the same acount as my broadband. I'm looking to swap my phone in as I belive the contract for it is now up. Please can you help me link my phone to the same account as my broadband so I can then upgrade my mobile?

Have you linked your mobile account to the same Sky ID that your broadband is linked to, this link explains what to do:
