Recently moved, no sim/no service

Extremely frustrated!!

Recently moved, and now I'm not receiving messages and can't make calls.

I get the message  no sim/no service on my home screen.

Trying to speak to a real person when you can't call anyone is impossible!

Any ideas out there? 🙏

@Andrea7  I'm not sure how moving home would affect your sim, however did you inform Sky you have moved?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
