Help with mobile phone pac hassle

Anyone know where I can get help with my mobile number pac because sky were supposed to have stopped my contract because it came 2 an end and I phoned them and they went through the process of stopping the payment and sending a pac number etc but came to find out they totally ignored me and now. After being very poorly in hospital (I'm 82 by the way) What should I do?

Hi @Mmmm  just getting a pac doesn't stop the contract, you need to give that to your new network and that stops the contract. You can call sky on 150 to get a new pac or text pac 65075. Then give it to your new supplier.

A few questions:

 

Did you use the pac code to transfer your number to a different network ?

Did you actually ask to cancel because if you did then you might not be able to use the pac code ?

You say they ignored you but does your bill here show a credit on it (if it does then it is this that can be refunded):
