Order a replacement sim

My sim card is faulty and I keep loosing signal and getting an insert sim or no sim on my phone. I've tried to order a new one but the sky website is no help and I can't get through on the phone to talk to someone. Can anyone help?

Hi @Helpneeded82  the only way is by calling sky on 150, can't be done online.
