Help with hotspot NAT type

Hi, in order to play online on my Nintendo Switch using mobile hotspot, I need a NAT type of A or B. It's currently D. I don't know who to contact to sort this, I rang Sky and they don't seem to understand my request. Does anyone else know about this please?
