The help phone number given on here does not work.

If you phone has a Sky sim in it then 150 is the numkber to call Sky on.

Is your issue anything we can help you with via here ?

Please can I change my partner's mobile number on his phone because he keeps getting nuisance calls Tax from random people that don't even have his number. There's only three people that have his mobile number but he's getting messages on WhatsApp and normal messages from random people

Not via the forum. You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

If you/he has had the current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel the current sim.

Otherwise Sky are unlikely to change it unless he's receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.

One way to block such dv calls is to use the "block unknown number" option if your phone has this setting. The downside is it might also bluck

calls from doctors, hospitals etc
