As your iphone is a dual sim phone you might need to asign which one you want set as the primary one as per this:
On an iPhone with Dual SIM, the primary SIM is the default line you have chosen for calls, messages, and cellular data. You can change this default line by going to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Default Voice Line or Cellular Data and selecting the other SIM card, which could be a physical SIM or an eSIM.
