As they have suspended on your account you will have to pay the bill manually yourself then you need to setup your payment method again. As it is a Sunday and tomorrow is a Bank Holiday the payment might not clear until Tuesday at the earliest meaning your services might not be restored until then.

Find out moreEven if you do call them it is unlikely that they will restore your services until the bill has been paid if in full and you have set up your payment method again as they can not override this, The time to have called them would have been before the bill was due.

But it can't clear into Skys account when the banks are closed so i expect you're looking at Tuesday at the earliest for reconnection.
