Help can’t get on sky mobile

Hi so sky mobile has now cut me off my internet not working my texts won’t work and it won’t even let me call them but somehow it’s letting me on there website

150 is the free number to contact Sky on.

 

As they have suspended on your account you will have to pay the bill manually yourself then you need to setup your payment method again. As it is a Sunday and tomorrow is a Bank Holiday the payment might not clear until Tuesday at the earliest meaning your services might not be restored until then.

Are you up to date with paying your bills as services do get suspended if you fall behind.

I had a late payment last month but I could pay it 5th may they still haven’t took the payment I can’t even get on my banking app without internet, but I’m wondering what the free number is usually it’s a 3 digit number for free sky mobile phone number, I’ve tried the 03 number but it cuts off, as they’ve suspended my account so tbh it’s there fault I can’t contact them, I’ve been left without no internet no texts or calls so it’s a bit **bleep**, I can’t even get into my sky mobile app because my account is restricted and won’t let me put my skyID in

Hi I’ve managed to phone them through the 150 number there phoning me back at 4pm once I have use of someone’s hotspot or WiFi to get into my bank, it’s so stressful because I have things to do on my phone and can’t even text or call anyone

About 9pm in the evening or even later I would have thought.

Even if you do call them it is unlikely that they will restore your services until the bill has been paid if in full and you have set up your payment method again as they can not override this, The time to have called them would have been before the bill was due.

I couldn’t have paid it then as I have no internet yet they are letting me on sky.com and the community bit, I’ve had no internet for 5 hours now, so I can’t get into my online banking to pay my bill or if they can take money out my savings account that would be good

But it can't clear into Skys account when the banks are closed so i expect you're looking at Tuesday at the earliest for reconnection.

My bank is open it’s just I have no WiFi until 5.30pm tonight the woman on the phone says once I’ve paid the bill to will clear and my services will be back on

Your online or telephone banking may be open but I'm not convinced the back office teams will be processing payments but you'll have to wait and see.
