Looking to swap or upgrade my phone. Only it tells me this is unavailable. Why?

How long have you had your current device and what Swap package are you on ?

I'm in the 36 month contract and it's nearly up so like to upgrade to better model

It might be because it is nearly up so I would give Sky a call as usually you can upgrade up to when you have 12 months left on the contract. 150 is the free number to use.
