Looking to swap or upgrade my phone. Only it tells me this is unavailable. Why?

I'm in the 36 month contract and it's nearly up so like to upgrade to better model

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be because it is nearly up so I would give Sky a call as usually you can upgrade up to when you have 12 months left on the contract. 150 is the free number to use.
