I have my pac code from id mobile, what do I do to give it to sky and get my old number back please? Thankyou

@AmyBanks You should be able to transfer your number via this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/Sky-Mobile-keep-your-number just scroll down to the blue button "transfer your number to Sky" login and follow the instructions.

If that doesn't work you will have to call Sky.
