Piggy bank data
Hi
u was scammed about a month ago and soemone ordered a new phone under my account all my piggy bank data was used can I have this back ?
there was a lot in there

I think you have two separate issues…
1. you were scammed (we need more details in order to advise)
2. So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.

I suppose you have done but did you contact Sky to let them know about this and since doing this have you changed your accounts password ?
