Just returned from a trip to Germany and now I don't have a Sky Mobile connection anymore! I've tried to contact Sky Help but they did not help me.

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
