Sim VIP cost

So here's the deal I currently pay £8 per month for 2gb data, unlimited texts calls.... And yet your offering VIP customers (I am one) £5 per month for the same but the difference is you now get 5gb of Data Why can't I be switched to that tarrif?

@Sroberts1  The deal is for NEW data plans not upgrades.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sim VIP cost

So by that logic, I should be able to cancel my existing plan and get the other for £5

Yes you can @Sroberts1  but it will come with a new number and you can't port from one sky sim to another. You could port to a different network on PAYG then port back to the new sim.

Re: Sim VIP cost

Also when you try to buy the £5 per month deal as a VIP member, Sky tries to charge you £7. Why?
