Signal dropping out

Since around December my signal has constantly been dropping out I occasionally get two bars but mostly between 1 and 0 going to emergency calls only. I have done everything I have been told such as change settings took phone for repair and had a replacement sim nothing has worked. I have made numerous complaints, told it has been forwarded to connections team numerous times and nothing. What can be done to resolve this
