Having lost my mobile I require a replacement while retaining my number.

I have lost my Mobile Phone. I simply want another while retaining my existing number.

If you haven't done this yet then you will need to contact Sky so they can block your lost phone and get a replacement sim sent out. You will them have to order a new phone yourself which will; mean that should you pass the credit check that you will be paying for the both of them as you will still have to pay for the lost one until it has been paid off in full.

Unless you have insurance then you simply have to buy another phone.  (As above, any remaining credit on your lost phone is still due)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
