Have you recieved my device back?

I returned a device to you that was recieved on 4/02/2025 and I still haven't had confirmation that you've had it and credited my account the £81.

Hi @Samantha67  it normally takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed. No one here can update you on the status of your return, call sky on 150 for help.

We're other customers here and cannot check.

 

Returns are taking 2-3 weeks to process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

We are customers here so if you still have the proof of posting receipt with the tracking number you could call Sky about this.
