Have done sky swap ordered Mac Pro but issue with account

I have done a swap online for a Mac Pro have checked my account and it says that there is an issue spoken to sky and they reassured me that the Mac Pro was still coming even though this was showing on my account. Billing email received stating that I still owed money but had paid my bill....I haven't received the goods either but balance for item shows £0 on my account? Has anyone come across this before?

Was there an amount left to pay on the device you returned, if there was then was it paid on this bill or has it been added to the next one ?

It shows I am in credit as I haven't received the return label yet to send back the phone

Yes I am the same person swapped last week so still waiting spoke to sky on Tues as there was an issue on the account it does come up about sky tv but I don't have sky stream at all so very confused 😵‍💫
