Why is my monthly bill gone up from £63.50 to £81.50 on 9/9/25 for the first month ?

@Harmesh1  Have you looked at your bill?  Are there 2 different periods being charged?

 

As customers we can't see your bill

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
