Upgrade

I have an A7 tab and it will not let me upgrade to an A9 my contract is until the end of this month, why won't it let me upgrade, I only have 2 devices ?

Hi @DUKE_-  it could be that you are too close to the end of the contract. You could try just ordering a new tablet rather than upgrading the old one.
