Did you perform swap direct with Sky?
If so:
If you’re an existing Sky Mobile customer swapping to the Google Pixel 10, you’ll receive a £250 bill credit. To claim, log into your Sky Mobile account to start your Swap journey. Pick the Google Pixel 10 to swap to and once you’ve completed the process, your £250 bill credit will be added to your next bill.

I am a diamond vip with Sky have an account when it comes to the next page once ordered where IMEI number needs adding it comes up red saying it cannot find the phone model etc even though the phone is with Sky.
I rang sky yesterday they said they have organised over the phone for the swap and that I need to take pictures of the offer as they cannot add this £250 to my account!

So you didn't perform a swap with Sky? As the process is different:
Order a Google Pixel 10 Pro from Sky Mobile between 20th August and 11th September 2025.

I had an Xperia XZ which shows in my account but I no longer have. This says it is not available to be swapped. My actual phone is an Xperia 5ii and I have tried several time over the last 5/6 years to both remove the XZ and add the 5ii but had been unable so gave up. I contacted a team in Norwich last week to take advantage of the offer (I have purchased the Pixel 10 Pro) and they said it was added to the portfolio. I still doesn't show!
I have no idea if I can take advantage of the £250 offer. Even if the phone was worthless, £250 on top of nothing is decent or does it not work that way (the terms are very unclear). Is there something else I am missing?

Why do you no longer have this phone ?
If the 5ii isn't showing on your account then you will need to call Sky on 150 for help with this as it might be that for whatever reason your phone is on a different account.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I kept it for kids to use as an MP3 player as it had no trade in value. When it packed up, I contacted Sky who said they'd remove it but never did (along with 2 other old phones on the account). Nor did they add my 5ii and now it's making the switch more tricky. I'll have to try and call them but that's not easy either!
