So, you will be charged £2 for every 24 hours to access your current allowance. Calls to local numbers are still charged at international rates.

 

Be aware of what they call accidental roaming whereby you connect to a nearby Albanian mast if you're near the border and you'll incur lots of charges. .

Your spend cap needs to be high enough to cover your stay at £2 per day otherwise you will have issues using your phone.
