When i upgraded my mobile, one of the offers was something to do with a google laptop, but i havent received any information on how to claim? Will this come through once I've made my first payment?

Use the agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
