I spoke to someone earlier regarding upgradng my mobile contact. Ive tried to link my mobile account to my sky ID which doesn't work so I'm unable to access my agreement. I've tried to do this for a couple of years to link the two. I am unable to access my agreement if there anyway someone could let me know how I can access it.
