If this was a S24 that you ordered then you have to put your claim in which you can do here:

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.
Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
