Free gift

I ordered a new phone last week and it came with a free gift. Phone was delivered next day. But the gift was not. And there are no tracking details for it. But it's on my receipt. And its showing in my account but only the date of purchase. 

How do I get it ?

@Chelxo  Which phone and which free gift?  Was it a samsung?  If os you have to claim it as per the details on the Sky mobile order page

 

  1. Purchase between 7th August and 1st October 2024 and claim Galaxy Buds FE​

​2. Once you have received your new device, simply visit samsungoffers.claims/summerofFE and submit a claim​ within 30 days of purchase​

​3. Your claim will be validated by Samsung within 7 working days​​

​4. You will receive your cashback within 45 days of your claim being validated

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Chelxo  The free gift is normally dispatched after the end of your cooling off period to avoid customers sending the phone back and keeping the gift
