I ordered a new phone last week and it came with a free gift. Phone was delivered next day. But the gift was not. And there are no tracking details for it. But it's on my receipt. And its showing in my account but only the date of purchase.
How do I get it ?

2. Once you have received your new device, simply visit samsungoffers.claims/summerofFE and submit a claim within 30 days of purchase
3. Your claim will be validated by Samsung within 7 working days
4. You will receive your cashback within 45 days of your claim being validated
