I have just purchased the S23 ultra and was told that it came with the Samsung watch for free. What do I do now as there isn't any link or info about it.

Find out moreIf you order hasn't been dispatched and you didn't follow the instructions to add the watch to the basket then all you can do is to call Sky and ask them to cancel the order so you can place it again. Doing so will mean you will be credit checked again.

I have done the same thing, I didn't notice that I had to add the free watch to my basket! My phone was delivered today, is there anything I can do about it now? I'm gutted as I waited for the offer before I ordered!
