Free gift card

I bought a z flip 7 and the offer was to receive a gift card of £100 or £200 into my Samsung wallet within 30 days. I haven't received anything. Gad anyone else used this offer?

Typically such a 'gift' has to be actively claimed (within a rather short time) : it doesn't just arrive.  Have you made a claim?
