Free Samsung tab S10+ AI Book Cover

I have received my new tablet today but no free cover. On my account it has the tablet with a status of delivered but the cover is under a different section called Your Accessory with no option to track or see status. I seen in the terms and conditions the free gift will be dispatched with your device. I was just wondering has anybody received their free gift with their device or has it arrived separately? Also, it says subject to availability. Is there any way to find out stock levels or if there is none in stock at dispatch then we do not receive the free gift? Thanks

However as this is an item of which you didn't have to put in a claim for then I don't think it will work for you so if that is the case it will be a case of waiting to see if it arrives and to check your Sky account to see if there is an update posted over the coming days and weeks.

No nothing as of yet. I have not had any email about any updates nor am I able to track it via my account. I have no idea if I will receive it or not.

Ah mine has just shown up as a separate item in my order tracking and says coming soon. That wasn't there earlier so fingers crossed!

I can confirm I had my free book cover delivered yesterday and I originally ordered 12th November so there is a slight delay.
