Free Galaxy watch 8 keeps being cancelled

Good evening, 

Hope everyone is well. 

After a bit of help please, I have pre ordered the S26 ultra which then comes with the Galaxy watch 8 , however after a few hours of the order going through and credit agreement being accepted, I receive an email stating its been cancelled btu the Phone and sim remaisn on order. 

Anyone had this issue also ?

What does this email say as usually when a cancelled email is sent it is because you have failed the second deeper credit check that is carried out.

Thank you for the swift reply. 

It only says "order for teh foolowing has been cancelled - Samsung watch " i would understand if i have failed the credit check , but the £1500 phone is still coming to me just not the "free item "

That is odd, perhaps it is a stock issue so all you can do is to call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it, to see if they can shed some light onto what it has been cancelled.
