Fraud

I sent a mobile phone back to sky using dpd and the phone has gone missing. Sky have messed about for a week saying they will phone me at such n such a time and failed to do so everytime. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone to sky being passed from pillar to post and still not any closer to finding out whats happening with the case. Disgusted as I've been with sky 19 years 5 months and they have been more than useless in regards to this matter.

If it has gone missing then Sky will start an investigation with DPD into what has happened to it and this can take a number of weeks to be completed so it is hardly fraud as you will need to be patient and await the outcome of the investigation. If you have the tracking details and have given this to Sky they should be able to see that you have done your part by sending it back.
