Forgot to include return slip

Hi

I sent a device back about an hour ago using the label Sky sent to me. I've just noticed in the email it says to 'place this part inside the packaging' - I completely missed this so I went back to the post office and unfortunately the parcel has already been collected.

The information includes the name of the device, IMEI number, Job reference, name and address.

On the shipping label is has my name and address in the 'sender' section. There's also a customer reference number on the label and obviously the IMEI number is on the device packaging itself. The only thing missing is the job reference number.

Would this be enough to identify the return or am I screwed? 😂😭

I would have thought that should be enough as they should only need a name and account number to identify you.

Hi

Yes, everything was fine in the end. It took longer than usual but this could also have been because they were busy. 😊
