I recieved my phone this morning but it didn't have my sim card with it, can you please help me

Hi @714  if you are an existing sky mobile customer just put your current sim in.  If you are new to Sky then sometimes the sims come separately by Royal Mail. If it's not here in the next few days just order a new one at Sky.com but only activate one if they both arrive.

No sim card

I'm sorry but i received my phone 5 day ago im still unable to use it as i still waiting for my sim card to arrive, ive been on the phone trying to get this sorted but i could hardly understand what your employe was saying so I was no better off than before i phoned up I'm sorry to say, can you help me please. !!!!!

No need for another thread and extra posts. You asked the same on Friday and were given the appropriate advice.
