Email from Sky

I had sent my old phone back to sky on Wednesday last week after receiving my new upgrade on Tuesday. I went to the post office to post it. Received an email this morning from Sky to say we are still waiting for you old device to complete the swap. Surely they should have by now! I am getting g worried as its a lot of money to pay off my phone.

What does the tracking show as you can take a few weeks for the company that handles these returns for Sky to receive it into stock so does it show that it has arrived ?

Then you need to give it a few weeks for the stock to be received into stock so at present I wouldn't be to concerned about the email you have been sent.
