Faulty beading on new phone

Hii,

I swapped my old Samsung for a new model. Got the Samsung z flip 6. Which i love.

However,  the front beading , I think you call it , has just came away and broke from lower half of front of phone. I only got this upgrade Spring time this year.  Surely this shouldn't happen?

Re: Faulty beading on new phone

Hii. I looked at that thanks. But this is a new phone I got from sky in March as an upgrade.  Surely this shouldn't happen within 6 months?

@clarkfi It shouldn't but it has, so you will have to go through the repairs procedure to get it fixed.

Probably not.  Check out your consumer rights for items under 6 months old.

But regardless you will have to engage with the repair process as detailed.  They won't just send you a new phone - it has to be inspected first etc.  it's a process that could take many weeks and they will not provide a temporary device.
