Cannot sign my credit agreement
Looks like a glitch on the system that's been reported numerous times - Clicking to sign just takes me back to the hompeage, regardless of the browser I use. I cannot get through to an advisor on live chat either.
I have tried via messages and directly from the email I was sent - any one managed to sort it?

i am having the same issue i cant sign my credit agreement i have already spent over 2 hours on the phone to sky but no problem solved as yet its so frustrating I had the same issue last august

I am having the same problem, messages in My Sky won't open, says there is an issue, sky.com just takes me round in a loop, pop up says that the credit agreement needs to be signed by 13/09/2025, then it shoots to the sales page. Sky bot is neither use nor ornament. Has anyone who's experienced this issue, had it resolved?

Hi, yes I have and get the message - something went wrong, try again later. This is the same as my messages in My Sky. Thanks for the suggestion though
