Fairphone call issues

Hi, when I call anyone they can't hear me. Tried all the diagnostics, the fairphone support doesn't help, and no way to contact them. Factory reset. However it does record sound on video. Tried all the sky fixes. It's only a day old, so thinking I'll just return it and forget trying to be environmentally friendly. Wasted a whole day.

Hi @Twigletto  you have a 31 day cooling off period so call sky on 150 if you want to initiate a return.
