Failed delivery

Hello, I waited in for the duration of the day today- with using my last day of annual leave. For DPD to not deliver my phone. They took a photo of the wrong house and said they failed to deliver. I cannot have another day nor do they deliver at weekends. I cannot speak to a human at DPD nor can I raise a disbute being my postcode is not recognising on their system as I live in a new build.

Hi @Olivia981  you aren't talking to sky CS here. Normally they will try and deliver again but if your house is that new that it's not on their system then the same will probably happen again. On the off chance they do find your house someone with the same surname can sign for it. Do you have anyone who can wait in the hour window DPD will provide ?
